  • The combat army has divided the ACFT scores into three categories, including heavy (black), significant (grey), and the last one moderate (gold). 

ACFT Instructions 

There are multiple requirements and instructions to participate in the ACFT test and all the participants should understand all these instructions to get good points at the first chance. So let’s move towards these instructions:

  • The army combat fitness test will be only 90 minutes long, and the participants have to pass all the points within this limited duration,
  • The minimum time for the 3RM deadlift will be 2 minutes, and the maxim time will be 5 minutes.
  • The standing power-through will last 3 minutes, and during this duration, the participants must throw the ball as long as they can.
  • The time for the hand-release push-up will be only 2 minutes.
  • The spring, drag, and carry test will be only for 4 minutes. 
  • The minimum time in the ACFT test will be for the leg tuck, which will be only for -2 minutes.
  • The 2.0-mile run will require 18 to 20 minutes.
  • This soldier test result will be announced after analyzing all the test points and the rest intervals.
